 Hello people,

Today in class we have been looking at filming and looking at some of the shot that are used in films we  made a Presentation of 10 slides that have info on the angles that are used for filing.

after we do our video that we watch we might be making a video

Today in class we have been making word clouds on safety and hygiene in the kitchen and some other things you might need when cooking.

Scones

 Hello People,

Today in cooking class we made scones,they were a little bit tricky to make up the mix and our class has  to re do the lesson because the mix was not right make sure not to put to much of the ingredients


Ingredients

3 c Plain Flour

6 t Baking Powder (level)

¼ t Salt

75g  Cold Butter

1 to 1 ½ c Milk

2 T Sugar (optional)

Method

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl

  2. Cut butter in small cubes. Rub the butter into the flour, baking powder,

  3. salt gently with fingertips until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add sugar

  4. (optional)

  5. Add milk gradually. Mix quickly with a knife to form a soft dough

  6. (the amount of milk required depends on a number of factors)

  7. Lightly knead the scone dough a few times on a lightly floured tabletop

  8. Pat dough out into a rectangular shape (about 2cm - 2.5 cm thick)

  9. Cut scone dough into 8 - 10 even sized pieces 

  10. Place scones onto the oven tray lined with baking paper. Keep them

  11. quite close together towards centre of the tray

  12. Brush with milk

  13. Bake at 200°C  Bake for  about 8 - 10 minutes until lightly golden

  14. and cooked ( you can use Fanbake function)

Variations

  1. Cheese Scones

Add ¾ c - 1c grated cheese, pinch of cayenne pepper after step 2

Before baking top with a little cheese

  1. Sultana Scones 

Add ¾ c sultanas after step 2

  1. Date Scones

Add ¾ c chopped pitted dates after step 2











Accurate measurements are very important in this recipe

I found that my new group works a lot better than the last group I had

Savoury bread cases (spaghetti pockets)

 Hello people. 

In class we made  savoury bread cases we put into groups of 3 and made two for each person there were cheese ham pineapple corn 

cut the end of the bread off then put butter on it after put the butter side down on the cup cake tin then fill if with the stuff you want put them all in make sure to pre heat the oven the put it on bake then leave them in for 20 minuets in clean the area up. 

My team worked really well they help we had a hic up with getting a photo no one had there phone that day.

I did't eat them but my friend did and she said they tasted really good and she loved them they smelt nice 20210211_125807.jpg
