PE

Hello people,

In this term my class and I have been doing PE the sport we did were.Touch,Volleyball,Football,Ki  O Rahi. Out of all of these my favourite was Ki O Rahi  I really liked this one because we got to runaround the gym touching the sticks then throwing the ball to our teammates. The one I liked least was touch there was not that fun in it we went so slowly with the team and it was not.I didn't really know how to play but I kinda do I would need to practice before I go against anyone

I need to improve in volleyball my set aren't that great when getting it over the net.

Movie review

Hello people,

Today in class we are doing a movie review. In the review we are using sentences like very short,simple,power,red white and blue.we have to write about this why is it inserting,why would people want to watch it.

The movie Hunt for the Wilderpeople is a good movie there is lots of happy/sad moments. It was very dramatic. There was lot of things happening in it some part seemed to be there to take away some of the sad. The director is Taika Waititi this was released 31 march 2016. Taika waititi has been in many different films. I think this film is really good because the  actors are used to their best ability. Ricky who Julian Dennison is a really good actor. I think that people should watch it if there into action that is in every corner of the movie. Ricky stole,lit fires,and graffiti on walls.

I would rate this 4/5 it was good but not one of my favourites but I really like how they made it suspenseful there was so much going I couldn't keep up.

Hector and Ricky

Hello people,

In class we wrote another sexxxy paragraph but in this one we were going off a photo.Writing about what is the angle,lighting. this one was to make sure you write them right then we high lighter it to match with the part.

in this photo you can see Hector and Ricky in the woods.

In this part in the film they are looking at the bird that was thought to have been gone.

It was a kinda happy moment for them; they found a bird no one has seen in ages but not that great for the situation they are in.I think the director added this because it takes you away from everything that is happening like a nice scene before a really sad one.The camera angle is mid way where it is not close but not far It is a dark area with the mist being a kind of light.In the viewer eye it let them see what is around them without going far away from the characters.

Manhunt Paragraph

Hello people,

In class today we have been writing a paragraph about hunt for the wilder-people we have to write about chaos in the film I wrote about hector and Ricky relationship they don't get along.We had to write a sexxxy paragraph that means:Statement Example explain explain explain.

We had to watch the movie then write down in the slides about the charters and what chaos was there.

Hector and Ricky did not have the best relationship.When he got to the farm he kept arguing with him,Ricky want to make friends with him but hector doesn't want to be friends he tells him to go away and not call him uncle.Another time was on his birthday he didn't sing or say happy birthday.After Bella die Hector say he never wanted him and said hell give him to police.

In conclusion Hector needed time before getting to know him after they got close and became friends they end up together again and go back into the bush living a happy life.

 

Ginger gems

Hello people,

In class we have  made ginger gems they are like little cakes but we had to make them in cupcake tins this was not an easy recipe Miss said it  works or it honest. it seems to be a normal recipe they came out great in my option.

Ginger Gems

2 c Flour

1 t Baking Soda

1 c Caster Sugar

2 t Ground Ginger

2 T Golden Syrup

100 g Butter

2 Eggs

1 c Milk

Method:

1. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl

2. Warm Butter and Golden Syrup together in microwave until

3. butter has just melted

4. Remove and allow to cool slightly

5. Add eggs and milk. Beat well to combine all wet ingredients

6. Add liquids to dry ingredients and gently mix. Do NOT over mix.

7. Grease muffin tin with spray oil 

8. Carefully spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins. Fill about ⅔ full

9. Bake at 200℃ for 12 - 15 min. These are cooked when a skewer inserted into

10. the centre comes out clean or the centre springs back when pressed 

I really like the way they came out nice and fluffy with a crisp outside with the right amount of ginger I gave the rest to my friends and they said they tasted really good.

 

the team didn't seem to work great this week we had some problems along the way but after awhile we got over them and the rest of the lesson was really good 

Getting Ready For a Test.

Today in  class  we are getting ready for a test and to make normal boring sentences to complex sentences and to improve are writing. We were writing a small sentences and the turn it in to something bigger and better and we were adding in details.

Today we made the rest for the kea and it is nearly finished and now we need to paint today is the last day of C.I.P. we made a kea because they are native animals to New Zealand. And the rubbish we pick up in the park we put it on the

I was not here when the class went to pick up the rubbish in the park that is called kale park. 

we made a different inculpate to the world by picking up the rubbish in the park we got 3 bag of it.

I did not like this because all the stuff I did my group never listened

Netball

If you throw the ball 4 times to your team mate with out the other team getting the ball then you get to step 4 time.

The first team listened better then the other team.

If the second group listened as the other group did

game and the second game?

One game we had the same team mate and then the second game 2 went off and the other one broke his wrist.

Yes I coached the netball and the other kids help me do it.
