Hunt for the wilderpeople

Hello people,

In class we are writing are final paragraph.We have been working on slides using the sexxxy writing to help write to our best ability.We pick a subject and planed it then wrote it out.After we highlighted it to the right colour for what it meant to be like if im doing my statement then it would be green so I know that i know did that part of it.because I keep wring mine in a recount.

In this term I have learnt how to write a proper paragraph what I need to include this helped my writing because when I write I always had wrote a recap on what happens.

my favourite part was watching the movie and understanding what happen more then meeting the eye.

Manhunt Paragraph

Hello people,

In class today we have been writing a paragraph about hunt for the wilder-people we have to write about chaos in the film I wrote about hector and Ricky relationship they don't get along.We had to write a sexxxy paragraph that means:Statement Example explain explain explain.

We had to watch the movie then write down in the slides about the charters and what chaos was there.

Hector and Ricky did not have the best relationship.When he got to the farm he kept arguing with him,Ricky want to make friends with him but hector doesn't want to be friends he tells him to go away and not call him uncle.Another time was on his birthday he didn't sing or say happy birthday.After Bella die Hector say he never wanted him and said hell give him to police.

In conclusion Hector needed time before getting to know him after they got close and became friends they end up together again and go back into the bush living a happy life.

 

100 word story

Hello people,

In class today we have been reading a book finding 3 words that are interesting to me then write out what they mean.After I did that myself I needed  to write a 100 word story with my three words that I thought were interesting. Once I did that id need to write a blog about it.

My three words were:

Kinship-blood relationship brother,sister,mum,dad.

Uncanny-feeling that your being watched 

superstition-believing in the supernatural 

Ginger gems

Hello people,

In class we have  made ginger gems they are like little cakes but we had to make them in cupcake tins this was not an easy recipe Miss said it  works or it honest. it seems to be a normal recipe they came out great in my option.

Ginger Gems

2 c Flour

1 t Baking Soda

1 c Caster Sugar

2 t Ground Ginger

2 T Golden Syrup

100 g Butter

2 Eggs

1 c Milk

Method:

1. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl

2. Warm Butter and Golden Syrup together in microwave until

3. butter has just melted

4. Remove and allow to cool slightly

5. Add eggs and milk. Beat well to combine all wet ingredients

6. Add liquids to dry ingredients and gently mix. Do NOT over mix.

7. Grease muffin tin with spray oil 

8. Carefully spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins. Fill about ⅔ full

9. Bake at 200℃ for 12 - 15 min. These are cooked when a skewer inserted into

10. the centre comes out clean or the centre springs back when pressed 

I really like the way they came out nice and fluffy with a crisp outside with the right amount of ginger I gave the rest to my friends and they said they tasted really good.

 

the team didn't seem to work great this week we had some problems along the way but after awhile we got over them and the rest of the lesson was really good 

where the black death fits in our history

 hello people,

Today in class we have been doing a timeline on chaotic event that has happen and why they happen we had to include Covid-19.we picked 11 event that happens and put one fact of one of our chaos I put one on: 1347 black depth hit Europe- hit the place in mid 1300s  arrived in October 1347 when 12 ships docked at the Sicilian port of Messiaen 25 people we effected from this. 

learning about all these chaotic event is about what has happen in the past and that it not new to the world.

Banana chocolate chip

 Hello people,

In class we have made banana chocolate muffins it was not that hard of a recipe but we mix had wrong measuring in some of our ingredients. when we saw we did them right and they came out great had a nice taste.

BANANA AND CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN

                                                                                                                                                          

2 c Self Raising Flour

½  t Salt

½  c Caster Sugar

¼  c Chocolate Bits

100g Butter, melted

1 c Milk

1 Egg

1 c Mashed Bananas (2-3)

Preparation

1. Mix flour, salt, caster sugar & chocolate bits in a bowl (Dry ingredients)

2.  In a separate bowl melt butter then add milk, and egg and beat to combine 

3. (Wet ingredients)

3.  Mash & measure the bananas and add to liquid (wet) ingredients.

4.  Tip Liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Fold carefully. Do not over mix

    

      5.   Carefully spoon muffin batter into prepared muffin tins ( lined with paper muffin cases)

   

      6.   Optional Topping: Mix 1 T Sugar & ½ t Cinnamon and sprinkle over top of muffins.  

             Add a chocolate bit on top.  

 7.   Bake at 220°C for 12-15 mins, testing to check if muffin is cooked.  

             Cool for 2-3 mins before removing from muffin tins.

My team worked great I really enjoyed working with them.

the muffins came out really great they were nice and fluffy with a somewhat hard outside the

flavour was the right amount of banana with the chocolate chips.
