when I am Angry.happy stressed?
I go for a walk when i am angry or stressed
how do i deal with my emotions?
walk it off at the park that is by my house and stay for a while with my dog.
how is the best person to talk to when i am at home.
my family and friends
and at school.
counsellor because she is there to talk when you need at any time.
