PE
Beep test
At the start of PE we did the beep test it is were there is a beep and you got to run to the line before it beeps it goes by numbers and if you get out then the number that you stop on is your score. My score is 6.1 your legs and body start to hurt if you go really fast you need to pass your self or you will not get
over 5.0. I thought it was a great exercise.
