At the start of PE we did the beep test it is were there is a beep and you got to run to the line before it beeps it goes by numbers and if you get out then the number that you stop on is your score. My score is 6.1 your legs and body start to hurt if you go really fast you need to pass your self or you will not get
over 5.0. I thought it was a great exercise.
I like how you talked about the beep test but you could work on talking about the other test. what did you get for the other test.

ReplyDeleteWell done for explaining what the beep test is. Maybe next time you could make sure it you either have commars or full stops as I was running out of breath. I think I did well on my scores.
